you can't, elite metrocops aren't present in the beta

huh, didn't noticed that the elite metrocop model was part of the megapatch, anyway, the elite metrocop doesn't have an entity by itself, so its just a modelswap for the standard metrocop

no idea how would you spawn it in game without placing it on a map in worldcraft/hammer as there is no "ent_create" command (at least when i put it on the console it tells me unknown command) and "npc_create" doesn't let you spawn an npc with a different model than the default one
