any Bullsquid fixes?

so uhhhh someone told me that leaknet makes bullsquid work but when i downloaded it (even with mega patch 4.1) and i was wondering if someone made a fix or smth
or its me stupid and did smth wrong?

Unfortunately, as far as I can tell, the problems with bullsquids not doing damage is a code issue, as changing their skill level commands in the console doesn't seem to affect them.
