What is the most story accurate/best mod for hl2 beta?

i played a lot of mods, dark interval, DI Old Build, rtbr, zero point, Mi Global Pack, the fucking minecraft recreation. But none of these are 100% accurate, not even 60% accurate, and i wanna know whats the most accurate mod. Sorry For bad english i am brazilian

There really isn't one. The beta's storyline isn't fully 100% known with how dynamically it shifted around with concepts being added and trashed left and right and the fact that we simply just don't have all of the exact information about it.

What doesn't help is that those mods don't actually aim to directly recreate the beta storyline, but create their own interpretation of it, or just take elements from it and honestly, I don't think there will ever be a mod that tries that, since there just isn't enough stuff make a 1:1 recreation of what Valve could've had in mind.

In terms of accuracy, Dark Interval and RTBR are probably the closest, and that's the best you'll ever get, unless someone magically pulls the full 2001 storyline script from nowhere.

As a Dark Interval developer, I would not say that.

The most accurate ones are Coterminus, Alfeos's Borealis Mod and Town Mod (also ported to Coterminus), and Vitoy's City 17 mod, even if incomplete.

i wouldnt count the individual chapter mods but at a second glance yeah coterminus seems to be better accuracy wise
