Nope. Xash3d need original hl won 1.1.1.0 copy.

Wrong. Try it out yourself. I tried it out with the Steam version just to make sure and it works perfectly. Though, the main menu is a bit buggy after the 25th Anniversary Update. It's only based off the WON version or whatever.

Yes, it does. The mod's own startup video says "Powered By XASH" and it also can be identified by the WON styled main menu.
