Has Axel Gembe confirmed if he still has a copy of Goldsrc's Source Code?

I founded this Comment on the Old Facepunch Forums where Someone said they talked to Axel Gembe (The guy who gotten Access to Valve's Server in 2003) and he told them he had a CD that contained the Source Code for Goldsrc on it but had forgotten the Password.

I find this an interesting tidbit but surprised no one has brought this Up but I wonder if anyone has gotten in touch with Axel to confirm if he still has this CD? (I'd be Curious if more HL1 Assets would be on it or just the Goldsrc Code)

that person is probably just lying out their ass. axel gembe's harddrive was taken by the german police after he hacked valve, so i SEVERELY doubt he had anything else, especially after the arrest.
