why did the old version of the mega build get deleted?

so the other day, i went to download it and it was gone, the only version available was the new version they made in 2024, i only download the old version because it still has some stuff that was removed in the new version (e.g: 2003 metrocop models and other model changes.)

i dont known if im right but for them to keep file they need to pay for servers
