Error starting exe tf2 Invasion

I recently downloaded this build from OddDoc (https://hl2-beta.ru/index.php?action=downloads;sa=view;down=66). I run the .exe file and get the error "procedure entry point not found." The file shaderapix9.dll was not found in the system32 folder. Does anyone have this file? I would greatly appreciate your help

i do not have that file too but the pbcustom build works fine for me
