This "Half-Life: Source footage" is just a very horrible recording of a Training Course gameplay that has bad textures. First, my condolences if your phone records like that, I know not everyone can afford something better than the Sony Ericsson Yendo. But here are two other points:
1. It's fake.
2. If it's not fake, it's not worthy anyway. It's just someone walking to the second room of t0a0.

Yeah, I'm curious why this is your only footage, despite you presumably still having these CDs. Did your friend held you at a gun point, commanding you to record it on his old phone so it looked like a start of a horrible ARG? Ah, wait, it's "some footage Build 100 had pre recorded". That's explains everything.
But it doesn't explain how you found other footages with the same quality eight times.
