Was wondering though, will there be a repackage that includes the Mega Patch 4 but excludes the junk files within the leak, similar to OddDoc's repackage?
We plan to write a batch file that will remove all junk and unnecessary files.
Hope that this wasn't abandoned  !neutral

I have an idea for a Megapatch 4.2 if it ever happens or exists.

1: HUD Options for the Installer [Retail + Beta + HL1]
2: More Citizen Options for the Installer [Wasteland + Orange Collar]
3: Optional Addons in the Installer [2001 + 2002 + 2003 + E3 2002 + E3 2003 Mappacks]
4: More Hand Options for the Installer [Agents Era + HL1]

Hope you like my ideas!  :)

HUD changes does not belong to Megapatch

Well, still, it would be nice to have as an option. People could customize their leak experience more.

there's something wrong with the pants. is that right?

I just used the pant textures in the City folder that I think were for the orange collar citizen and put them on the leak citizen texture map.

I'd also like to submit my reskin of D0G using the T-Bot textures:

Features glowing parts, custom normal map, and, well, custom textures (duh). Diffuse and normal map are both in 2k. These files work straight out the box in retail and I believe they'll work in the HL2 beta too (though the .vmt contains some stuff for phong and rimlighting which, obviously, doesn't work in the Beta's version of source.)

That'll do for 2001 version of the Dog. Much better than nothing, since we don't have the original T-bot and never will.

First, there's not a single mention of npc_dog or even dog.mdl anywhere in WC mappack, second - Travis Brady, who modelled Dog, worked for Valve from january 1998 to january 2001 (as his artstation profile says), so that makes the old red-blue Dog model *the* 2000/2001 Dog.
