Here are my 3 major demos of my mod Combine Unit C39





Ignore the the quality of the last one its from a really early point in development, and the intro is a early draft

**Edit for the main post: when i say quality i don't mean the gameplay quality as these maps were just test maps i mean the recording quality

I apologize in advance, but I still think it needs to be said.
Why are you putting it here, if we're supposed to ignore it's quality? Do something cool and worth showing, instead of making "major demos" that have to come with a set of excuses "ignore this, don't be harsh on that". Something you can be proud and sure of.
At this stage, there's just not much to comment on.

And I assume that in the future you will credit all the people/teams for their models and other instantly recognizable resources that you used.

I meant the video quality not the game quality sorry about if it came off wrong

**Edit #2 The reason that i was saying about the quality of the video as well is because right now i have no maps for the mod to use so i made some junk test maps just to demo things, but that is being corrected as we speak

Seeing as that I can't edit my original post for some reason (Help?) ill just post a changelog here:

- Remove all weapon skin's (they were never intended to ship to begin with)

- Fixed Houndeyes movement

- removed junk files that wont ship

- Added some sound for the Combine Guard Synth (he only occasionally plays it so as not to become annoying)

this changelog is for this build not the previous builds

how can i make citizens throw grenades the way the combine do?

Im gonna put this here so i dont clog up that other pose

it's a recommendation I hope it does not bother you
it would be a good idea to give the bullsquid the aspect it had in hl2 beta and not the appearance of BM: S
and change the metrocop for a skin with better textures
and the mod has interested me
How can I get information about the updates?

I really did want to change to it to the hl2 beta bullsquid but i can find any working models, ill try again at porting the model

Changelog #2:

- New bullsquid model using hl2 beta model
- Cleaned up the folders a little more
- fixed up some more bugs

Just in case anyone was wondering this mods goal is to expand upon Half-Life 2's uprising chapter with new locations within city 17

Well some good news! I move all my work to the Ssdk 2013 deferred branch by biohazard and the engine got a massive boost in graphics, performance and stabilityso therefore this will be the engine to make it to launch

That's literally ported Leak bullsquid model with zero changes, though. And so is combine assassin.

And then there's Stacker's re-UVed combine guard, and that houndeye is from garrysmod workshop (and also an edited MI model), and that Gordon Freeman model is at least 7 years old, and that metrocop is from Lost Concepts. And interface sounds are from RTB mod.
The question is, why any of that isn't written on moddb when it should be? Because it's against moddb rules and mod potentially can be taken down.
