TF2 Custom Beta

Hey just wondering, can you customise a version of 2007 TF2 or tf_port 1.0.1.8 so it is accurate to the beta. The following must be included.
-Beta Models, Maps, Textures, Sound - et cetera.
- Nailgun, ScatterGun, RPG, Shotgun, Flaregun, Grenade & Pipe Launchers, Lead Pipe, Syringe & Beta MediGun, Club (Fishwhacker) & Tranq as weapons.

If this is possible please upload. It will be very splendid!

uhh, official beta models, sounds, and textures wasn't leaked. they customized cs go pax 2011 using official builds of cs go.

Concept art for the flare gun exists on the tf2 wiki. What i'm saying is that they customize a 2007 version of tf2 to make it the beta?
