Possible Discovery of New Remnant Texture in Plastwall028l

Feel like I might've accidentally discovered the remnants of a texture we don't have in the reflection of part of plasterwall028l.

I've asked a few other people and collectively we've dug through most of the textures in HL2 and the leak and haven't yet found any that look like this, which is making me think it may not be in our possession and is, instead, a brand new remnant texture. I can't be sure, though, so I'm wondering if anyone here has any ideas? I'm also cross-posting to the Knockout cut content thread to try and get this answered as it's driving me nuts.

I brightened the image a bit, and upped the contrast. Hope this helps any
