Enhanced Conscript Model

I released this on the discord server a while back, and it never occurred to me that it was never released here 'till now, so here it is! An enhanced conscript model for the leak, comes with RNG face textures and some extra animations. Additions to the model were hacked together from the beta combine elite and CSS's ct_urban.
