Faceposer issue - "an error occured during extraction"

I'm working on a HL2 Beta mod - I've got the HL2 Beta Mega Build + Latest Leaknet patch installed.

I've got my .wav ready, so I opened hlfaceposer in the bin folder and attempted to do some basic lipsyncing with the barney model, however whenever I do any extraction and entering words - it comes up with "Last extraction result - An error occurred during extraction.".

Not to mention that there are also strange behaviours e.g. after attempting to extract in faceposer phenome editor. it creates another folder called "programfilesx86" in my hard drive, now I have Program Files (x86) and programfilesx86 containing faceposer files.

Can somebody help me? Thanks.
