Port something from SSDK Base 2013 to Beta Engine

A simple question: is it possible to port, for e.g Physics and/or Flashlight from retail game, if you will use SSDK Base 2013 as main base, to Beta Engine !question

I don't think that's possible to port all sddk base 2013 to *broken* beta engine.   !dead
