Left 4 dead 2 survivors arcade game missing?!

Ok, so people may not be into the 3 Japanese games valve teamed up with japan to make, such as Counter Strike Neo, Half Life 2 Survivor, and Left 4 Dead 2 Survivor arcade. I, however am a huge fan of japan, so it isn't a surprise for me to like these content, the problem is is finding the builds and everything of Left 4 dead 2 survivors and hl2 survivor anywhere.
