Unused Physgyn Icon

[Gorgantuian Friedman]

While I was messing around with the files of the beta, I started up the game and I found the icon replaced with that weird one. All I did was copy hls into hl2 2003. I checked E3 2003 to see if I was just seeing things, but it was definitely changed. Did I discover this or did any of you know about this?
