Is there any known cut content from the Day of Defeat games we know about?

I've been stepping into the Day of Defeat series recently, and I'd like to know if there's any known cut content from either Day of Defeat or Day of Defeat: Source that we know about, or anything we've got access to. Even just a couple pre-release screenshots or model renders (if such exist) would be nice.
