Coast section seen in Ichthyosaur encounter in retail teleporter sequence?

Does anybody know if that section of the road in that scene was made specifically for that sequence, or if it was recycled from a retail or beta coast map?

I might be wrong but i think it is reused,albeit probably from later beta versions after the leak. Although again, i could be wrong.
