Help i cant remove The tf2i christmas version

I cant remove the "TeamGaben x-mas 2003 build" Of tf2i. Can you help me? (P.s i have a backup on Mega.nz) Its stops halfway from the deletion.

You probably still have hl2.exe running, don't you? Go to the task manager and disable it, then you can delete it
Don't like HL2 beta actually. But the visualization is pretty cool tho.
