TF2 trailers face flexes

Why had nobody done the cool face flexes in the TF2 trailers?
Every beta mod has the sniper with a 1,000 yard stare and not that cool grimace he has in the trailer. I heard that was done through face keys on SFM. It's following the concept art, it's pretty cool. I think he does this grimace when he's zooming in. I sound stupid, but there's something about their faces! TRUE AND HONEST! Mods, please delete this post, this is embarrassing. They actually had alter the faces, but none of them look perfect, I don't know where I'm going at this.
