Fixing the Combine_Elite Soldier Camo

Hey guys

I'm looking to fix the Camo for the Combine_Elite model in Source SDK 2013, so it functions as seen here:

I always seem to get this error: Material models/combine_elite/camo7paletted does not support vertex format used by the mesh (maybe missing fields or mismatched vertex compression?), mesh will not be rendered. Grab a programmer!

Any suggestions on how to fix this for the Source SDK 2013? It would be great!

Dowload VTFEdit, open this error file and delete the DX8.
