They look like first quake

With the Exception of the warez_dm one, The rest aren't actually related to Half-Life's Development. They're just examples of What Brett made for Quake which lead to him being hired at Valve. He said in the same stream that Valve got interested in one of those Levels despite it only being a Facade So he had to turn it into a Proper Level before he submitted it as part of the Job Interview he did.
