Hello there beta fans, I need to ask you some question

I downloaded half life 2 beta mega build 5.0 then I applied latest update patch Siggraph 2000
but I see that some half life 2 beta mods available downloads section and their dates old like 2019 release Should I apply them? or Continue??

the mods are already installed that is only if you instaled half life 2 beta
