Question about the OICW animation from the Mega Build

I have been wanting to ask this question for a while now but how come the mega build team reanimated the 2001 OICW instead of the 2002 OICW?

are you saying 2002 oicw doesnt use 2003 animations?

maybe they just forgot to reanimate 2002 oicw, so maybe they will in other updates, unless we're gonna have to wait until 2027 megabuild releases

The 2002 OICW does use 2003 animations, but what I am trying to say is that it doesn't use the animation from the E3 2002 build.
Also, how could they forget to reanimate the 2002 OICW but reanimated the one 2001 one?

I thought e3 2002 oicw used e3 2003 animations and always was supposed to?
