What are the chances that VALVe still has pre-2001 hl2 beta maps?

From what I've heard, Valve might've had a tool that would remove all .map files from their map pack thing

Valve hasn't even showed 2001 hl2 so maybe like 0.05% chance they have the .map files

If Valve still has until the release builds of Half-life 1, then the 2001 maps intended for Half-life 2 should definitely be

The question is already clear, it's like trying to guess whether there are cards or not by reading coffee grounds. But I don't think there are any cards.

this question is a little opened to either side, as VALVe never talks about what they do have or what they don't.

the only real way to know for sure is if VALVe comes out and actually say it in like the 30th anniversary of half life 2

but to be quite honest it doesnt seem too much of out question for VALVe to have it I don't know if VALVe deletes stuff that easily they just seem to not have a good sorting in archiving (for example the 2000 siggraph tape and not just a HD remade of the build).
