This tool can decompile very old models (v28-v31) from HL2 Beta
v37:

What is done:

 -creates reference
 -creates LOD's
 -dumps all animations
 -creates the .qc file

----------------------------
What's not done:
----------------------------
 -flexes
 -PHY model

Build Jan 16 2011
---------------------
 -dumps all bodygroups
 -creates LOD's
 -now you can find smd in 'model name' folder
 -File name is force renamed with .smd extension
 -Fixed a bug when animation idle01 wasn't decompiled from most of the models

for some reason when i try to use the v37 i wait some seconds then  a window pops up and tell me that the program is not responding
