How do you get into the Beta Code

Hey I am a new member in this community and to be honest its a great one and I have a question like I know it may sound stupid because I am not a devoloper and I am trying to learn C++, but the question is how do you get into the code of the tf2 invasion like how do you change the weapons there and all that because I want to play with it and change the damage a little bit and just play with the code. Yeah I know it may sound stupid but I just want to see how the developers do that

I am not one-hundred percent sure that the source code for the tf2 invasion game was released, I do however think the hl2 beta one was released somewhere. Maybe I'm wrong, but maybe someone will reply with more information than me

From what I heard the code is very-very incomplete, plus there are no models or sounds or any content, besides two player models, so I doubt you will be able to play with it. There is a Team GabeN's build based on those pieces of code, but they never released sources.

Wait so how did the HL2Beta Team Added the New 2FORT Map??
