https://wertercatt.com/Steam-For-Schools/ The games released as part of the failed 'Steam for Schools' project have now been cracked and released by me. Thank you to the person who helped me get access to this (who I'm leaving anonymous to protect their privacy,) as well as cs.rin.ru user Christsnatcher for their assistance in the cracking process. (If my source would rather be publicly credited, I would be happy to edit this message. Just let me know.)Includes:The Public Build 62179 of Portal 2 - Educational VersionThe Beta Build 16525 of Universe Sandbox Legacy - School EditionThe Public Build 16528 of Universe Sandbox Legacy - School EditionCurrently Uncracked, but Preserved:The Public Build 61005 of Portal 2 - Educational VersionThe Public Build 16657 of Portal 2 - Educational VersionNotes:For Universe Sandbox Legacy - School Edition, launch the game via Universe Sandbox.exe. Steam based settings such as language can be changed by modifying the files within steam_settings\settings. If you want achievement popup notifications, https://github.com/xan105/Achievement-Watcher/ should work well for that. For Portal 2 - Educational Version, launch the game via LumaGameLauncher_x86.exe. Steam based settings such as language, as well as Source engine launch options, can be changed by editing LumaEmu.ini
Hope Portal EDU will be provided in the downloads section in the future. I'm not particularly fond of the possibility of getting a virus or malware from these offsite downloads.
