Cut intro train ride

Is there any recreation of the train ride, the one where a citizen gives you a gas mask, that was supposed to take place at the beginning of the hl2 2001 - 2002 story line?

Few mods wanted to restore that sequence but none of them fully recreated it yet. There're only some prototypes can be found in Terminus and MI Global Pack (made by Cremation dev).
Also that G-man intro was somewhat recreated in Substance but the mod is not beta-related.
