I want to know the original creation date of a file in a file in beta: it always writes somewhere around September 2003. Is it possible to find out the REAL date of file creation in beta and with what program? Or is there no way to recognize it at all, so the fixers determine the date by the WC map, presentations, etc.?

If this may be of Help, Since yesterday Evening I began Doing a .txt file that lists what .vtf Textures are Version 7.0 incase this could help in regards to the Valve Cut Content Wiki's Article about if the File Version could be an estimate in determining how old Specific Textures are.
I've currently got the brick textures written down along with the Textures for Alyx, I'll share it once I manage to go over every Texture that have Version 7.0 on them.
