Cremator attack with damage?

Hi, I just saw this patch:

Works great, but the cremator attack makes no damage to the player. Is it normal behaviour?

It's a bug, it does no damage when you have suit power.

I believe it depends on game's difficulty. You can try and switch skill 2 or 3 in console and see what happens.

The HEV power at 0 did the trick, the skill/difficulty change made no difference. Actually, the HEV power bug is mentioned in the download page, along with the command sk_cremator_dmg_immo. How to use it? It is supposed to fix something?
