How to open .bsp files with hammer editor?

(after compile .vmf to .bsp)

Hammer doesn't open .bsp files. These are meant to be launched in the game.
If you want to do that you need to decompile the .bsp back into .vmf. There are programs for that.
The best one to my knowledge is bspsrc.

and i try launch in game there are no textures.

Are you trying to run the map in the HL2 Beta version of Hammer? If so you'll need to do some extra stuff to get it working.
This guide should cover about everything to get it to work.

Werid. What map are you trying to run and compile exactly? Maybe there's something wrong with the map itself, like a light leak or outdated entities.

I hve tries many files, but this not working
