Earlier Stalker (pre-2003 leak)

Well, here it is! This is the earlier stalker model that was leaked last year during the whole hullabaloo about the repository. Aside from the different animations, a really noticeable difference is the lack of tool-thingies on their arms. I uploaded a video a while back demonstrating the 2 "runpause" animations, which I've implemented as ACT_IDLE variants...

NOTE: There is an issue involving the sounds that play during the runpause anims where they can be heard everywhere regardless of how far away from the stalker the player is. If anybody can fix that it would be really appreciated.
