I owe hl2 on steam and I cant extract folders IN .gcf files such as models, materials... Is there any way to solve this?

But you don't need to touch any of hl2 files, if you want to install Alyx2002 addon. 

Just create a new folder in \steamapps\common\Half-Life 2\hl2\, call it "custom" and put addon files to that folder.
