SourceSDK retail fix bullsquid attack

Ok some im making making a mod for hl2 that features the bullsquid but his attack has the same bug as vanilla hl2 leak where its a just a mess of sprites and i was wondering how i could fix it

I thought it’s a model called “spitball”, not a sprite (I’m not sure though)

Nope the code im using is from the leaked 2007 sdk branch cause the one that came with my sdk 2013 is more broken afaik

**Edit got the spitball model to work but it does no damage

Yeah, I was wrong, it is sprite. And I've got it fixed, it will be part of the upcoming mega patch 4.

I can upload it for you if you need it.

sure that'd be nice cause between the broken sprite and the spitball itself doing no damage, you'd be a saint

Here you go.
I'm not the one to credit and I'm not sure who exactly fixed this texture, VXP or 2R1Zt.
The texture goes into materials/Sprites folder

Ok so i got the spitball to work (thanks dudes) but another issue still persists he wont do any damage when he spits
