Elena Mossman's model was never recreated neither for the leak, not for the retail, to my knowledge.

I remember Sgt. Headcrab made an attempt to recreate it but afaik he never finished it and didn't release the model, at least not publicly.

There's a remake which was released recently by Marmalandolakes on gamebanana.

There's also an unfinished remake by Xinus22 which hasn't been released due to it not having rigging or face flexes:

I did one two years ago but it certainly shows its age. I would recommend trying out the other remake that was already posted. Unfortunately, none have been compiled for the leak yet, as far as I know. Some difficulty with facial flexes, you see.
