fix for the 2001 canals_town_01 map, customly named "shanty_01" this is a modified version of a fixed version i made apart of my upcoming mappack, please dont do like my last map and bash it, if i do get bashing, im outta here lmao.

my previous fix was, i agree pretty bad, with only carpets being added, but everybody went full on Leafy at me about it, lol what do you expect when its my first map, and this community has a tradition of bashing me
