I would think twice about releasing this patch on November 16. There are a rumors that Valve will release a Half-Life 2 20th anniversary update, and if so, it could seriously detract people's attention from this mod that's been in development for years. Plus, maybe they'll add some more beta content that could be ported over to the mod.

This map wasnt been in leak wc-mappack, looks like recreation. So, will be some "non-fix" or fan-made maps in new update?

You're mistaken, that's jeep_beach01 from the mappack. It might already be in the current megabuild, too.

We don't have any map from that era, so no.
The One Epicplayer made a hyper-styled weapons pack with black leather hev suit arms. It will be included in Mega Patch as optional pack.

will the beta hud recreation have have hl1 weapon selection because the actual beta hud had the same weapon selection as hl1 which is proven by the weapon sprites

I am having trouble unpacking this (in a Windows 11 VM, because I am on Linux). Is there a way to have a unpackaged version?

I could now unpack it on the windows VM. I will see if it worked.

Could extract it in a windows VM, moved files to linux but having trouble getting this to run in either Bottles or Lutris.
