What do we have for now? Well, almost nothing, just few known facts, videos and a build from Summer 2019 streamed by VNN on his Twitch. And before you ask, no, he will not release this build (which is totally understandable).

Completely Original Material although its possible that fan models are in it because the cremator in the HLA beta uses a Fanmade Model

Honestly that looks like it came from Half Life 3 because leaked stuff of hl3 textures show that it might have had a cartoony artstyle once and this headcrab looks really cartoony from the bottom

Apparently Barney was to appear in HL: Alyx during very early stages of development but then was cut for some reason.
