 It would be a perfect occasion for Valve to release such content without leak for just PR reasons, but they are so cryptic with it, that I have no idea what is stopping them from let just say milking Half-Life. Some say money is always the reason, but with Half-Life it just I don't know, 13 years of nothing, not even anniversary thing no PR moves just some kind of taboo. I hope someone will leak this golden stash, who know what kind of valuable material they have for Half-Life 2. Imagine how good it would be if Valve could more friendly for Half-Life itself and fans,

It would be very very bad for the Source Engine community. Valve has trusted their licensees to not share anything and to only use these assets for reference. A lot of the interesting things people think are in there either aren't or have already been leaked. Not only that but Valve would stop handing out licenses permanently as they will no longer trust their licensees following this.
