Can I download mega patch 4.0? (not 4.1)

4.1 does not fix anything for me, I remember 4.0 worked some time ago.
So I need mega patch 4.0.

Use that thread for further questions, this one is closed.

The short answer is - you don't need Mega Patch 4.0 as 4.1 is basically the same patch, with some additions. It can't be that "it does no fix anything".
