Ever since the beta community discovered the burned corpses, cremator heads and whatnot would the beta be considered cannon in the retail if the beta took place in between half life 1 and half life 2 before gordon arrived at city 17?

Nope, beta is not canon by any means. Nothing that was cut from the game is canon. Cremators will be canon only if Valve will decided to put them back into the game.

It will never be canon, unless the assets cut from the Beta make it into a retail HL2 game. The cremator head might not be the head of a cremator in-universe (just because it is the same model doesn't make it the same) and a burnt body in City 17 does not indicate cremators I think.

It is as canon as you want it to be. Hence, the gravity gun is actually based on a piece of Combine reactor tech and I won't hear otherwise from anybody

There's a word for that. Fanfiction.

More like FACTfiction!
The gravity gun originating from Combine technology makes so much more sense when it comes to the thing being supercharged in the Citadel, thus the hidden explanation, given by Eli in the leak, makes more sense to the canon than otherwise.

Unless Valve makes it canon in the form of a comic or another official game, everything related to the leak is considered fanfiction.

Think about it, whenever Valve will move their asses and release EP3, they might say that the gravity gun was developed around the time the resonance cascade happened, using resources from Xen and Eli, being one of the last survivors, continued the research and finished it around the time Freeman showed up at Black Mesa East... Bam! Just created my own fanfiction! Makes as much sense as your FACTfiction :D

Except your fanfiction doesn't rely on any existing info from Valve-produced content, and contradicts what's already in the game (Alyx saying they use the gun to clear minefields, clearly suggesting it's been in use for some time already). Marc Laidlaw recently did confirm that Eli made the gravity gun post-incident. The audio files from the leak explain - without contradicting what we have in retail, instead supplementing it - that Eli built it using Combine tech that Alyx brought in from one of her scouting trips. This explanation also fits well within the confirmed story because now, instead of the gun miraculously being recognised as something 'important' by the Citadel security system, and thus not being destroyed (which would nullify our chances of advancing further), it would be sensible to suggest that the security system recognised a [modified] piece of Combine equipment and simply 'charged' it up to its full potential, now capable of manipulating pure dark energy - something it was originally intended for.
What you said is some gobbledygook, don't attempt to mix it with my explanation.

Also, did you know that retail still contains stuff from the leak? No, I'm not talking about cremator head or HUD icons or whatever; that too, but there's more. Instead, inspect those security monitors in Kleiner's lab. They actually show 'footage' from the leak's version of the trainstation, including the brush-based traincar. So basically, that stuff actually exists within the game.

Ignore the people above, It ain't canon. The only thing CLOSE to canon is the Cremator, as its head shows up in Retail Half-Life 2.
I'm a teen, not lean, HL-Beta loving machine!

Half-Life 2 Beta is canon to SOME EXTENT, the cremator head in Eli's Lab means Cremator is a part of the Half-Life storyline

No, but many concepts will be propably used  by valve and one dev said that houndeyes, bullsquids are there somewhere, wasteland is seen during teleportation sequence, sad that valve decided to cut the combine overworld concept so quickly, they could make more enemies. Well the cremator can be canon but who knows.
