e3_ship for SFM

Hello, I've been trying to re-compile e3_ship for SFM, however upon trying to open e3_ship in hammer after updating the VMF it shows the "invalid solids" warning and then crashes hammer. Could somebody compile it with HDR for me? Thank you in advance.
